Leonardo Leal Teixeira - Member | Co-founder
He worked for 23 years in important financial and capital market banks, including Votorantim, Safra, Bradesco and HSBC, which allowed him to acquire solid knowledge in capital markets, structured operations, credit analysis and Investment Banking. In 2012 he created the Structure Group with the macro objective of bringing change to the level of companies, with advice on Structured Transactions through Capital Markets, Corporate Management Projects and Mergers and Acquisitions. He graduated from FUMEC with an MBA in Advanced Finance at FGV, Management Development Banking at USP, CPA-20 certification from Anbima, MBA in People Management from IBMEC and Mergers and Acquisitions from Insper.
Bernardo Werneck - Member | Co-founder
Lawyer with an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and Specialization in Labor and Social Security Law from the Gama Filho Foundation of Rio de Janeiro, he worked for 14 years with legal and real estate counsel, acquiring great expertise in business law and real estate transactions, having been a partner at Werneck & Raid Advogados Associados for 9 years. He worked from 2014 to 2017 at Araújo Fontes as a partner in the Real Estate area. He is an investor and co-founder of 05 technology startups. Member of the IAMG – Lawyers Institute of Minas Gerais, Member of the Defense, Assistance and Prerogatives Committee of OAB-MG, Member of the Brazilian Club of Writers and Poets and President of IMDE – Mining Institute of Business Law. It has 03 books and 17 scientific articles published and 22 international seminars.
